QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM

Quality of the product is one of the principal focus of PGBH`s attention. PGBH has set up a documentary quality assurance system according to API Q1 and ISO 9002 and was awarded API certificate and ISO 9002 certificate in the beginning of 1996. The management of PGBH systematically reviews the quality system annually to ensure the quality system`s continuing suitability and effectiveness.
Strict quality controls to each and every step are adopted according to different specifications. At the same time special processes such as forming, welding, heat treatment and sizing are controlled by qualified control features specified in the quality assurance system. Continuous monitoring, when necessary, is performed in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of customer and specification. Regular reviews for control features of each and every step by the management of PGBH makes sure that the whole quality assurance system from order review to delivery is under control.
