Mechanical & chemical property inspection and visual & dimensional inspection for HR coil→ visual and dimensional inspection for strip → on-line ultrasonic testing for weld seam→flattening testing ,impact testing, metallgraphic testing and bending testing→ visual and dimensional inspection for pipe→ hydrostatic testing→ off line ultrasonic testing for weld seam and full pipe body→ ultrasonic testing & magnetic particle testing for blind-zone of pipe end→X-RAY testing→ visual and dimensional inspection for finished pipe
